Safety Instructions

Please read the following guidelines carefully before using the monitor. They ensure safe operation and extend the lifespan of your Screenmate.
  1. Remove the protective film from the screen surface before use.
  2. Only use the included AC/DC adapter as power supply.
  3. Place the adapter in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources.
  4. Make sure the power outlet is properly grounded and suitable for the correct amperage.
  5. The monitor operates on a DC input between 5V and 20V (with a tolerance of ±2V).
  6. Only use the device with a 5V power source via the appropriate cable.
  7. Prevent exposure to moisture, dust and static electricity to prevent damage to the electronics.
  8. Clean the screen only with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or aggressive cleaning agents.
  9. Do not touch the device with wet hands and do not use it in humid environments.
  10. Do not drop the monitor and protect the screen from impacts, pressure or sharp objects.
  11. Keep ventilation openings clear and ensure sufficient air circulation to prevent overheating.
  12. Limit exposure to strong magnetic fields or transmitting equipment to prevent interference.
  13. Recommended ambient temperature: between -20°C and 60°C.
  14. Turn off the screen when not in use.
